First, draw a circle from the bottom. Is there any place for green sprouts on the onion?
The circle smoothly turns into an elongated “neck”.
They’re short and thin.
Erase the line which separates the base and the top of the vegetable.
The onion skin ends at the top. Its edges are uneven.
Draw the onion’s stems then.
They are smaller on the sides. And they are bigger at the center.
The smallest sprouts are behind the bigger ones.
The onion is covered with dry scales. They’re randomly placed.
Draw uneven lines on the left and on the right.
Make sure that the distance between the lines is about the same.
Correct your drawing.
