Let’s start drawing the basis. It’s a big rectangle which is elongated vertically. Don’t forget to use the ruler to make the drawing smooth.
The frame is needed to join the glass. In addition, the window is attached to the wall with its help.
Then, divide the window into two parts. Measure the length of the upper side and put a dot in the center and draw a line there.
Draw the second line at a small distance from the first one.
Draw a thin rectangle under the window, which is wider than the window.
Add another rectangle to it at the bottom, it must be of the same size and have rounded corners.
Window sill's legs
Draw two short legs under the window sill, which are at a short distance from the edges. Draw a wavy line in the upper part of the window, which will depict the curtains.
Finish drawing the curtains. Try to keep lines approximately at the same level.
Continue drawing as it’s shown in the picture.
Giving the volume to the window sill's legs
Decorate the window sill with the short vertical lines and give some volume to the window sill’s legs.
Draw the flowerpot in the form of an inverted hat on the left side on the window sill. It’s small and it’s in the lower part of the window.
Look at your drawing and erase the unnecessary details.
The flower is growing in the pot. Draw a small stem and the flower which does not in contact with the curtains. You can use the other instructions and draw a rose or a lily, for example.
Draw a round middle inside the flower.
The last detail is a leaf. It’s from the right side in the instruction but you can draw it from the left side or add one more leaf to the flower.
You can color the window as it’s shown in the picture, or you and your child can color it as you wish. Perhaps, he or she will want to draw the window of his or her room.
You can also color the window in your favorite colors online. Try it and you will like it!
Choose how you want to paint.
