The bottom of the kettle ends with a special coaster in a form of a curved line.

Add one more line to it at a short distance and connect.
Add another one, marking the volume.
Erase extra lines and correct your drawing.
Draw a small circle on the left side just above the center of the kettle.
Draw two straight lines on the left and connect them inside with the help of an oval.
Erase the upper lines to make them not to go beyond the oval.
Carefully erase the unnecessary details.
Separate the upper part of the kettle with the help of the curved line.
Draw the same small line inside. Use your compass to make the kettle’s lid even.
Draw two curved and connected lines on the kettle’s lid – the tab. Pay attention that the lines are connected with the help of the same smooth semi-circles.
Erase the part of the lid inside the tab.
Cover on the tab
The kettle has not only the cover on its top, but on the tab also. It helps the water to boil more quickly and the kettle which has such a device begins to whistle.
Draw a random number of holes on the cover.
And the last strokes – curved lines on the kettle to give it voluminous form.
