How to draw a branch of grapes (+ coloring)

When it’s autumn we receive a bountiful harvest not only of apples and pears, but of grapes also. All summer this bush with large leaves seems to impede only, but here we have September – and look how many berries! How can the stems hold them?

It’s very easy to draw the grapes. Make sure of your own.

You need:

Lower berries

Draw a small circle at first. You can use your compass.

Draw another one at the top, cover the part of the first one.

You can draw the third berry of a larger size.

Berries on the edges

Add grapes of different sizes from the biggest berry to the left and to the right.

Add three more berries and make the distance between them shorter.

Middle

The berries, which are placed in the center, should cover those ones which are on the sides. You will be able visually to convey the volume of the branches then.

Top

Finish drawing the bunch with a couple of berries. The circles can be of different forms.

Draw a small tip at the top.

Draw a curved line from the tip to the right side – a stem for a leaf.

Start drawing the leaf. It must be big.

Finish drawing it by connecting the sides of the leaf to make the stem be in the center.

Draw a spiral sprout on the left from the tip.

Color the grapes in a blue and in a purple color, and color its leaf and the tip in a green.
