Children, especially girls, like to draw objects of a beautiful, unusual shape. They are especially interested in drawings where you can show creativity and imagination. Offer your child to draw a beautiful flower vase together. With our step by step instruction, the drawing process will not take you much time. The drawing will be good even if you do not have drawing skills. Take a pencil and start. The difficulty level of the drawing is simple, so involve the child in the process. Good luck!
The location of the vase on the sheet
In the center of the sheet, draw a vertical straight axis. This will be the center of the object. On both sides of the vase, the axis must be the same. Therefore, in a mirror form, mark the points of the main parts of the vase.
Don’t press on the pencil too much so that you can easily erase unnecessary lines.
Main parts
Connect the points with each other using thin lines. See as it’s shown in the picture. These will be the main parts of the vase.
Center of the vase
Mark the center of the vase using a straight horizontal line. This is necessary in order to draw its shape proportionally.
Start drawing the form
Our vase will have a rounder shape. Start at the top. Make a big hole to place a huge bouquet of flowers.
Continue to draw the correct form.
Bottom
You should get a beautiful round vase with a thin bottom.
Volume
Draw the volume of the vase using the semicircular lines in the vertical direction . See the changes in the picture and repeat.
Erase unnecessary lines
Erase all unnecessary lines that have served us as helping lines.
Make a clear outline and the picture is ready.
You can show imagination, add a little bit of creativity and invent your vase design together with the child. We decided to make it glass by drawing a transparent base. Your vase can be with a pattern, ornament, etc. All depends on your desire. Be creative!
Collage
The main stages of drawing are collected in one picture. Print them out so they’re always in front of your eyes.
